2 Corinthians 4:6 NIV

For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.

But thanks be to God that though you were slaves to sin, you became obedient from the heart to that form of teaching to which you were committed.

The “Light House”, mariners of the sea look for the light of the beacon to guide them from the dangers of the rocky shore. So, as people we are able to seek the guidance of God’s light through faith in His son Jesus Christ. Through the Holy Spirit we navigate through life’s circumstances asking God to guide our footsteps in his Knowledge and Understanding. God’s light in the Face of Christ will teach us and show us the way.
